Where Care and Culture Meet

The gallery at Vitalus is a small, rotating display of locally created artwork within the clinic. A limited number of pieces are hosted at one time, giving local artists a thoughtful place to share their work while adding warmth, character and connection to the treatment environment.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, limited prints, and other wall-mountable visual art.

ELIGIBLE WORK

Small: up to 18" × 24"
Medium: up to 24" × 36"
Larger works may be considered depending on available wall space.

SIZE GUIDANCE

Ready to hang, professionally framed or cleanly finished, and suitable for stable indoor display. Works containing strong odors, fragile installations, unsafe materials, or difficult mounting requirements may not be accepted.

PRESENTATION

WHAT TO SUBMIT

  • Full name and contact information

  • Short artist biography

  • Website or social media link, if available

  • One to three images of your work

  • Title, dimensions, medium, and price of each piece

  • Indicate whether each work is available for direct purchase or silent auction

Selected works may be available for purchase during their exhibition period. Where a silent auction is offered, clients and visitors may submit bids privately at any time while the artwork is on display. There are no scheduled auction events or group bidding sessions.

At the end of the exhibition period, the artist may contact the highest bidder to arrange payment and collection. Pricing, final sale approval, payment, and artwork pickup are coordinated directly with the artist unless otherwise specified.

PURCHASES & SILENT AUCTION

Priority is given to artists from Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma region.
